1. How long does it take to receive the autographed photos I order?

All requests for autographed photographs are collected during a 30 to 60-day period and then forwarded to the celebrities. The celebrities sign and return the photos to AutographedtoYou.com, usually within one (1) week. The signed photos are then sent by UPS Ground to all customers who ordered during that 30 to 60-day period. Based on when you place your order within the 30 to 60-day period and where you reside within the United States, you should receive your autographed celebrity photos within two (2) week to (8) eight weeks. Please remember that these items are personally created for you by the celebrity and we can only move as quickly as the celebrities will. Our celebrities are very busy both personally and professionally, and their careers take them to locations all over the world. Please bear with us and consider that we have delivered 99.9% of every photo ever ordered.

2. I’d like to send a personalized autographed photo as a birthday gift. How can I be sure it will arrive in time?

Based upon when you place your order within a 30 to 60-day period and where you reside within the United States, photographs are usually received within two (2) week to (8) eight weeks.

3. Do you accept money orders as payment for autographed celebrity photographs?

4. Can I request a celebrity not found on the Autographedto You.com website?

Yes. Using the search feature on the site generates a request for a celebrity’s photos. These requests are collected and forwarded to the celebrity in an effort to get him or her to make their photographs available on the site.

5. What size are the autographed photos?

All AutographedtoYou.com autographed celebrity photos are 8 inches by 10 inches (8x10).

6. Do you sell autographed memorabilia like boxing gloves, baseballs, movie posters, trading cards, etc.?

No. AutographedtoYou.com deals exclusively in personally inscribed, autographed celebrity 8x10 photographs

7. Can I request a different photograph than those shown?

No. However, some photo choices may change if a celebrity wishes to add or replace a picture on his or her page.

8. Can I use the celebrity photographs and biographical information found on Autographedto You.com on my own website?

No. In accordance with U.S. Copyright Law, as a website author/producer, AutographedtoYou .com is the owner of the site with all rights of assignability regarding any copyrightable material contained therein.

9. Can I obtain celebrity home phone numbers or addresses on the site?

No. To protect the celebrities and their privacy, no personal information is available from AutographedtoYou.com. Several celebrities, however, do include links to their personal websites on their AutographedtoYou.com page.

10. Where do the photographs come from and how exactly are they autographed?

All photographs appearing on the AutographedtoYou.com website are originally supplied by the celebrities from their personal collections. Once an order is processed, a reprint is forwarded directly to the celebrity for personal inscription and signature.
